What is a Simple Search? What is a Property Type?
| When a seller enters a property a prompt is displayed requesting a property type. This is a fairly broad list of types that focus on the four Big Property List areas: Commercial, Residential, Apartments and Farms and Land.
Bear in mind that a specific property type in one part of the country could mean something radically different in another. For example, the value of a half-acre property in New York City would be far more than the value of a half-acre property in rural West Virginia, even though they would both qualify as property type "Land - Small".
