Wow, we could go on and on, but in short it's really easy to use, it's utilizes a clean, simple design, it's easy to get around, we don't junk up the pages with lots of ads, it's utilizes EZ Search technology so you don't have to be a computer guru to find property, it has been designed for the wireless and small device (like iPhones) world. Q. How much commission do charge?
A. The big Property List charges no commission at all. Just a simple, inexpensive monthly listing fee. Easy to budget, easy to pay.
Q. Do I have to keep providing my payment information every month to keep my listing active?
A. No, just enter your payment information once and after that the monthly billing is automatic until you remove the property from your account.
Q. I want to list a piece of property but I'm concered about my credit card information. Do you keep my credit card information?
A. No. The Big Property List, LLC does not keep any of your credit card information so you can be assured that no “leaks” can happen on this site.
Q. Do you provide listing services for professional realtors?
A. Yes! We provide services for anyone wanting to sell, lease, rent or auction property.
Q. Do you provide discounts for more than one listing?
A. Yes! Two or more listings are basically half the cost of a single listing.
Q. What's "E-mail Notification"?
A. Anyone can easily provide their e-mail address and EZ Search category and when a property is listed meeting that criteria, an e-mail is sent to the address letting them know about the property.

Q. Ok, I want to list a property. How do I do it?
1.Sign-up
2.After you have filled in and submitted the signup form go to "Administration" on the top menu bar.
3.Choose "Add Property" from Administrative Menu.
4.Select the property type.
5.Fill in the information.
6.You will then be taken to the "Add Pictures" page.
7.Browse to the location of the picture you want to submit.
8.Choose "Send" to upload the pictures.
9.Choose "Continue" to complete the property entry.
10.Enter your payment information and click "Submit".
11.When your card is approved you are finished. (What if my card is not approved? The property listing wil not be deleted. You may return to the "Administration" page and choose "Pay Now" to use a different card.)
